History (perception of: )
Most of Doctor's memories are a mix of fantasy, dreams, and heroic adventures he imagined up for himself along the way. How much he actually happened is of little concern to him; he usually doesn't stick around the same people long enough for it to matter. Much of this repression is a constant mental effort and very selective - he may not be aware of what activities he's been involved in, but he retains his active skills such as accuracy, helpful practical knowledge for any day to day situation he's in, and recognition of repeated threats to his livelihood. His attention to reality tends to increase with the level of danger he's in. In his mind, he's a performer on a stage and has spent his life charming an imaginary crowd.

History (actual)
Not much is known about Doctor's origins other than the fact that he seemed to appear out of nowhere one day some years ago, confused and entranced by every new detail. Note for a request if you'd like to know more.

Personality

Doctor has two personality modes with little overlap. He is most often loud, spastic, non-sequitar and ultimately deceitful. Almost all of his interactions with others revolve around him gaining the center of attention (in a positive or negative doesn't matter to him), dominating anyone he can, and making the imaginary audience within him laugh, cheer or cry. He is so wrapped up in the grandeur of his own character that he finds it near impossible to empathize with others and he often feels no remorse over killing, hurting, and deceiving others to contribute to grand fantasies he concocts on a daily basis. Some days, he's a valiant knight - other days, an evil king bent on world destruction, and most days he's both and a myriad of other characters he either imitates from people he's met or makes up on the spot. He has perfected imitation with years of practice (it being his favorite past-time in his youth) and enjoys tricking or shocking people with perfect renditions of their voices and mannerisms. This mode is intensely overdramatic and while in it, he will pretend to cycle through explosive hyper happiness, exaggerated shock, screaming in sad misery, listless and depressive, violent anger, etc. This helps to hide his true feelings, which he guards closely.

Doctor's other mode most often appears after he is outsmarted twice or more in a row or on a large plan on his (a rarity for him since he avoids smart people generally), ignored for a long period of time, or injured. He has a low tolerance of pain and, once hurt, most of his outgoing energy is converted to seething internal rage he does his best to hide. He'll stop joking, talking (except under his breath to himself or cursing), or making any unnecessary movements. Although Doctor fears no one, he harbors a blistering fear of (his own) death and flees people/situations where he's likely to be overpowered. His abilities make it easy for him to slide away, which adds to his usual boldness, but the fear still remains that he'll be unable to avoid someone who means him harm when his age catches up with him and dulls his reaction time. He also fears becoming close to others should something bad happen to them, giving him his justification in being honorless and cruel.

Doctor's true feelings are often hidden beneath his fake exterior, but at times they show through. He feels irrational hatred and spite towards women, thinking them liars, weak, and worthless. He pays no heed to children and will usually ignore them unless they get in his way. He tends to be jealous around large, powerful people as he is most often taunted for being small and weak. Instead of confiding in others, he often confides in the tons of junk he collects and hoards - his favorites are human (and quasihuman) teeth, unicycles, and kitchen appliances which he used to take apart and put back together as a child. However - like with people, he avoids getting too attached to any one thing to protect his feelings should he lose it. He obsessively strokes his own ego and has little to no sentimentality for feminine ideas or pursuits to the point of where he finds it difficult to predict the actions of the overly emotional. He has become so adept at faking emotions that he suspects most others of faking theirs as well, adding to his paranoia that every person secretly despises him for his size and comical appearance. At heart, he wishes deeply that, if just for a day, someone would truly take him seriously.

Doctor's most dependable quirk is his refusal to obey anyone, often resulting in him doing the opposite of what commanded. This can work against him if people figure this out and tell him to do whatever evil thing he was planning all along - which he will be compelled to abort.

He is near incapable of making friends but if something ever would occur, he'd hold his new friend up to a nigh-impossible level of fufilling Doctor's demands.

Special Abilities

Doctor has a portal within his mouth that allows him to move objects and himself instantly between two places. His jaw can stretch to amazing lengths to accommodate the passage of the items in and out of the portal. He is able to pull any object (or person) from this portal by either reaching down his throat and pulling them out or spitting them up as long as he knows their specific location. He can also jump into it himself, allowing him to teleport to any place he's been before. His accuracy at producing specific objects and teleporting locations is sometimes unpredictable when he finds it hard to concentrate. The simplest way to nullify this ability is to force his mouth shut. He can also change his clothes in the blink of an eye and has collected (aka stolen) a large array of costumes to accommodate his pretend games.

Physical Attributes

Doctor's body is rubbery and elastic, allowing him to bounce along off his head or in a manner of goofy ways. His rubbery nature also makes it difficult to crush him and a bit slippery to the touch. He has a prehensile tongue strong enough to lift himself with which he sometimes uses as a third hand. He is capable of intense bursts of energy in which he can run and move very quickly, but his stamina wears off after a few minutes of this and he'll lapse into exhaustion (or sometimes, instant sleep) after intense periods of activity.


Weapons
Doctor cycles through an array of weapons depending on his mood. When he's at his most frentic, he prefers handfuls of knives (which he can throw with average accuracy), large swords, maces, explosives, and his signature rusty red chainsaw. Having no formal training in wielding them, he will often hack and bash at his opponents with them without any real skill. When his situation is more dire, he relies on more practical weapons like handguns; his accuracy is moderate. Sometimes after subduing an opponent, he'll produce his old dental kit and mutilate him or her by cutting off a distinctive bodypart to play with or extracting some teeth for his collection. He enjoys setting traps and is skilled in rigging them and employing a vast knowledge of poisons and psychotropic drugs. In a pinch, he's resourceful with his surroundings.

Diction / Voice
Doctor usually speaks in a young high, squeaky falsetto in varying volumes especially when he's frantic, though this isn't his natural voice; his default voice sounds deeper, a bit dry and more appropriate to his age and negative attitudes. He is capable of imitating any voice or sound perfectly without practice and enjoys doing impressions of celebrities and bits from television and movies. He speaks in the diction of his family (except when serious or making jokes that require it): "I" is "Ah", "you" is "ju", "your" and "You're" is "jur", "no" is "nu", the addition of z's and s's in words, "I've chosen you" becomes "Ah've chozen jus!"
This is in addition to other goofy/baby-talk like changes to words that he thinks sound hilarious.

Doctor never...
Laughs. Ever. It would break the 4th wall inside his head between his imaginary audience and him. In plce of laughing, he might make random noises or repeat words over and over.

Doctor always...
Knows his limitations, as sour he may be about it. He'll rarely challenge a person stronger than him without setting up some sort of trap or end-game to outsmart him/her later, and he rarely challenges strong intellectuals. He is not a coward, but he'll flee any situation he cannot win in. He truly has no honor.
